All products sold by Delross Designs are guaranteed to be genuine and in new condition free from defects, all products are cover by a 30 day "refund or replace" warranty. Delross is happy to exchange or credit you less the cost of shipping if not completely satisfied with your purchase. For any item you wish to return you will be responsible for safe return shipping and insurance costs. The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in original packaging with all parts and accessories for full credit or item exchange. Delross will credit the same account that the purchase was made from online in 5-7 days .In circumstances where products have been deemed defective Delross will refund shipping costs.
Cancelling an Order
You are able to cancel an order at any time before your order has been shipped to you by contacting Delross immediately via email admin@delross.com.au. If your order has been dispatched we cannot recall it. You will be able to use our returns policy once you have received it.
